Nandita Agarwal Parker – Principal, has 18 years of combined experience in asset management and equities research in Emerging markets and US equities. Prior to launching Karma, Nandita was Investment Manager at Aeneas Capital LLC, an International investment fund and Investment Manager – Emerging Markets at SAC Capital Management LP, a multi-billion dollar investment fund complex. Previously, Nandita was International equities analyst at American Century Investment Management, Inc. Nandita was Managing Director in Equities Research at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc from 1994 – 1995. She was a U.S. Media/Entertainment analyst at Gerard Klauer Mattison & Co. Inc. from 1991 to 1994. Nandita has an MBA in Finance from the College of William & Mary, and a BA in Economics, with honors, from Delhi University, India.

Kuntal Goel – Business Development & Strategy, has more than 14 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Over this period, he has been involved in more than three dozen transactions across various sectors including Media, Telecom, Information Technology, Business Process Outsourcing and Real Estate. Prior to joining Karma, Kuntal was Vice President – Investment Banking with IndusInd Bank Limited – one of the leading private sector banks in India promoted by Hinduja Group, an international business group based in the UK. From 2000 – 2005, he was Vice President – Corporate Initiatives for Hinduja TMT Limited, a leading player in Information Technology, Business Process Outsourcing, Media & Telecom where Kuntal was a member of the Corporate team responsible for mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, business planning and restructuring. From 1998 – 2000, Kuntal was Manager – Investment Banking with Hinduja Finance Corporation Limited, a boutique investment house engaged in private investments in capital markets and investment banking. From 1996 – 1998, he was Chief Manager – Investment Banking with KJMC Financial Services Limited and from 1994 – 1996, he was with Ashok Leyland Investment Services Limited. Kuntal earned a Masters in Management Studies from IIPS and graduated from D. A. University of Indore with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Mathematics.

Puneet Jain – Senior Analyst, Equities Research, has more than 12 years of combined experience in financial management, equities research and business planning. Prior to joining Karma, Puneet was Vice President – Research and Financial Consulting, with Four-S Services, a leading consulting and business research firm for domestic and global institutions. From 2001 – 2004, he was Finance Manager for Turner International India, a subsidiary of AOL Time Warner. From 1999 – 2001, Puneet was a Senior Executive on the Corporate Finance Team with HCL Technologies Limited. From 1998 – 1999 he worked as a Finance Executive for Delphi Automotive Systems Limited. Puneet is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1997. Puneet graduated, with honors, from Delhi University with a Bachelor’s of Commerce Degree, in 1996.

Douglas F. Parker – Chief Operating Officer, has 20 years of combined experience in process and project management and risk management analysis.  Prior to joining Karma, Douglas was Relationship Manager, IT Project Manager at GE Consumer Finance – Americas.  Previously, Douglas was Client Relationship Manager, Reinsurance Treaty Underwriter at Swiss Reinsurance America, Cologne Reinsurance Company of America and at General Re, where he lead interdisciplinary project teams to develop effective solutions for client’s risk management needs.  Douglas, as a Lieutenant, served in the United States Navy from 1982 to 1987 in a variety of leadership positions in operations and engineering on-board the USS Richard E. Byrd DDG-23 and the USS Nassau LHA-4. Douglas is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.  He has an MBA in Finance from the College of William & Mary, and a BA in Economics, from the University of Rochester.

Ruchi Mahajan – Operations Manager, has more than a decade of experience in strategic financial planning and financial control, auditing, taxation and MIS.  Prior to joining Karma, from 1999 to 2007, Ruchi was Regional Accountant for the Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited - one of the largest depository participants of India. She started her career as a Finance Associate with Punjab Communication Limited in 1998. Ruchi is certified as an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has completed a law degree (LLB) from CCS University, Meerut, in 2006, and the Company Secretaries course (ACS) in 1998.  Ruchi graduated from Kanpur University with a Bachelor’s of Commerce Degree, in 1993.
