Qualifications *
Eligible Investors must qualify under one of the following certifications. Please select the category which best describes your qualifications.
An “accredited investor”:  a natural person whose individual net worth, or joint net worth with his or her spouse exceeds $1,000,000, or who had individual income in excess of $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with his or her spouse in excess of $300,000 in each of those years and has reasonable expectation of reaching the same income level in the current year
A personal (non-business) trust with total assets in excess of $5,000,000, whose purpose is directed by a sophisticated person as described in Rule 501(A) under the Securities Act
An entity with total assets in excess of $5,000,000 which is either a corporation, a partnership, an LLC, a business trust, a tax-exempt organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or an employee benefit plan (an “ERISA Plan”)
An entity registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a broker or dealer, an investment company or as a “business development company”
An entity licensed as a “bank”, a “savings and loan association”, an “insurance company” or “small business investment company either acting in its individual or as a fiduciary capacity
An entity in which all of the equity owners are "accredited investors" as defined in Rule 501(a) under the Securities Act
